The promotional fee is only valid for online purchases of round trip ticket and is limited to cars with a maximum of 9 seats, entering in Livigno on Saturdays between 8a.m. and 4p.m. (Ticket holders arriving after 4p.m. must pay a difference of CHF 15 / EUR 13). Tickets at normal fares can also be purchased online (available here), whilst those for all other categories of vehicle cannot be purchased online, but rather at the Punt dal Gall ticket office. Tickets bought online can either be printed out or displayed in digital format on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Only specify the arrival date to purchase a ticket. As regards return tickets, travellers will be issued with a return ticket upon arrival at the tunnel when they display the ticket they have already purchased. Said return ticket must be kept safely and can be used at any time for the return journey. It has no expiry date.
